Chilling out

No one told me that cats aren't supposed to like water!  Personally I quite like it on hot days like today. Mum and Dad think I'm weird though I think I fit into this house purrfectly :)

Cats, strange cats everywhere!

This is a strange world...  I've come from a world where every cat looks like me (except this 1 really big cat who brought my food) into a place where there's more big cats, a furry barky cat and an old orange cat that, dispite him looking old, at least is a normal cat.

The large cats seem friendly enough. They feed me and play with me though they do insist on making funny sounds. Only a few times can they meow properly but all in all they seem pretty harmless.

There's lots of things to play with and new things to explore.  I've found I can make the big cats play "hide and seek" for hours if I find the right spot. They call and search but I keep quiet.  Then, when they least expect it, I can jump out and catch them.  I must do it well as they seem so pleased when I find them :).

Hungry again.  Magically my food and water bowls have refilled - that's a prett neat trick these big cats can do.  Maybe when I grow up I can work that trick out too.
